Where it all began
In 2023 The Path set out with a goal to help improve the quality of nutrition and fitness service currently being delivered to people online. With small beginnings a level of trust was carefully built through results and a strong connection to community.

I started going to CrossFit Fallen when I was nine years old, tagging along with my dad. I began training more and more often as I grew. Once I started training twice a day, James put together a comprehensive training schedule and programming and I ended up qualifying for the 14/15 age bracket at the Torian Pro, being only one of two 14 year olds on the field. Under his training and programming I have qualified once again for the Torian Pro 2025. None of this would've been possible without the extensive programming, covering everything from olympic lifting, gymnastics, metcons and everything else CrossFit related.
